Highest ever refinery throughput of 12.7 MMT achieved during FY-22.
Achieved Mechanical completion of 1.2 MMTPA Dual Feed Cracker Unit of Guru Gobind Singh Polymer Addition Project (GGSPAP).

FCC Unit modified to boost capacity utilization to upto 125-130%.

New DHDT Unit commissioned for Fuel Quality Upgradation to BS-VI.

Polypropylene unit capacity enhanced to 467KTPA with commissioning of the 3rd reactor.

Refinery’s name-plate capacity expanded by ~25% to 11.3 MMTPA.
Bitumen Unit commissioned and commencement of construction for the Petrochemical Project.

Achieved for the 1st time, highest ever crude capacity utilization of 119% during FY15-16.

First sale of the petrochemical polypropylene (PP). First year of full Throughput (>9MMTPA during FY-14).

GGSR dedicated to the Nation by the then Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.
Refinery commissioned and commercial production begins.

1017 km pipeline & Crude Oil Terminal (COT) commissioned and marketing network established.
Receipt of the first batch of crude oil.

MoPNG approves induction of MEI (Mittal Energy Investments Pte. Ltd.) and the Company’s name is changed from Guru Gobind Singh Refinery Ltd to HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd.
